摘要
结直肠癌是消化系统中常见恶性肿瘤类型,其发病率及死亡率仅次于胃癌、食管癌和肝癌。药物治疗在结直肠癌治疗中发挥着重要作用,随着科研人员对结直肠癌的认识不断更新,多方位、多靶点、药物联合应用成为结直肠癌用药治疗的重要思路。现通过对近几年已有文献进行梳理,从结直肠癌病因病机、药物治疗现状两方面进行总结,旨在丰富现有研究体系,有意于指导开展药物研究。
Colorectal cancer is a common type of malignant tumor in digestive system.Its morbidity and mortality are second only to gastric cancer,esophageal cancer and liver cancer.Drug therapy plays an important role in the treatment of colorectal cancer.With the continuous update of researchers’ understanding of colorectal cancer,multi-directional,multi-target,and drug combination have become important ideas for the treatment of colorectal cancer.Based on the existing literatures in recent years,this paper summarized the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer and the status quo of drug treatment,aiming to enrich the existing research system and intend to guide drug research.
