自主学习能力培养在住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的现况和实践 被引量:31

摘要 随着教学重点从理论向实践过渡,医学生的角色从学生向医生转换,如何培养规培医师自主学习能力是当前住院医师规范化培训临床教学中所面临的重要课题。本文针对规培医师自主学习能力的现状和特点,分析其在临床教学中的重要性和必要性。同时,围绕自主学习能力培养教学模式的构建、自主学习意识的培养、及时反思的重要性和基于微信平台的辅助教学这四个方面,就如何提高规培医师自主学习能力进行探讨。 As the key point of education shifts from theory to practice and the role of medical student is converted from a student to a doctor,how to cultivate autonomous learning ability is an important task in clinical teaching of standardized training for residents.Aiming at the current situation and characteristics of autonomous learning ability of resident doctors,this paper analyzes the importance and necessity of autonomous learning ability in the clinical teaching.Meanwhile,this paper discusses how to improve the autonomous learning ability of resident doctors from the following four aspects,including the construction of the teaching mode of autonomous learning ability,cultivation of consciousness of autonomous learning,the importance of reflection in time and auxiliary teaching based on WeChat platform.
