摘要
北京大学住院医师规范化培训工作进行了20年,取得了一定的成效,积累了宝贵的经验。领导的重视和支持是住院医师规范化培训的根本保证,抓好住院医师规范化培训过程是保证住院医师规范化培训质量的关键,严格的阶段考核制度是完善培训过程、检验培训质量的必要环节,与临床专业学位挂钩、与人事聘任制度结合是住院医师规范化培训顺利进行的推动力。新世纪新形势下,北京大学将继续完善住院医师规范化培训工作,同时初步创建适合自身特色的专科医师培训制度。
With the recognition and requisite support from leading level, the work of standard resident training in Peking University has experienced a 20-year successful history. The quality of training bases on the right procedure, strict regulations of phase test and the impetus from position providing related with relevant professional degree. In the new century, Peking University will keep improving tasks above and set up an appropriate training system in itself.
