摘要
基于企业能力理论,选取东莞跨境电商企业作为研究对象,通过研究跨境电商企业差异化战略对企业绩效的影响,显示企业软实力在差异化战略与企业绩效中起部分中介作用。其中,企业策划力、企业管控力和企业创新力在差异化战略和企业绩效中起到部分中介作用,企业执行力在差异化战略与企业绩效中不起中介作用,这些结论不仅丰富了企业绩效的理论研究成果,而且对跨境电商企业和区域跨境电商产业发展有很好的启示作用,对经济欠发达的左右江革命老区的跨境电商产业发展和企业管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the theory of enterprise capability,through the dilemma encountered in the development of cross-border ecommerce enterprises in China,the performance management of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Dongguan is selected as the research object. The research focused on the mediating effect of corporate soft power for the differentiation strategy of cross-border ecommerce enterprises on corporate performance. As a result,the soft power of the surface enterprise played a partial intermediary role in the differentiation strategy and enterprise performance. Among them,the enterprise planning power,corporate governance and enterprise innovation play a partial intermediary role in the differentiation strategy and enterprise performance,and the execution power of the enterprise does not paly an intermediary role in them. The result enriched the theoretical research results of enterprise performance. The conclusions drawn from the research have a good enlightenment for the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises and regional cross-border e-commerce industries. The development path and experience of cross-border e-commerce industry in developed regions can be certain references with significances about the cross-border e-commerce industry development and enterprise management for underdeveloped Revolutionary Base Area in the Zuo Jiang and You Jiang Region,especially for the mechanism and path of the coordinated innovation development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in the old revolutionary area.
