摘要
基于社会网络理论,以350位女性创业者为研究对象,构建了“沟通能力—资源获取—创新能力—女性创业绩效”链式中介模型,研究了沟通能力对女性创业绩效的影响。研究结果表明:女性创业者良好的沟通能力会通过影响资源获取,进而提升企业的创新能力,最终提高创业绩效。理论贡献如下:在社会网络视角下,探究了女性创业绩效的影响因素,结合女性创业特点探究了沟通能力对女性创业绩效的影响。
Based on the social network theory,this paper takes 350 female entrepreneurs as the research object,and constructs a chain mediating role of the effect of communication ability on female entrepreneurial performance.The research conclusions are as follows:the great communication ability of female entrepreneurs will have a beneficial impact on resource acquisition,so as to improve the innovation ability of enterprises and finally improve entrepreneurial performance.From the perspective of social network,this paper explores the influencing factors of female entrepreneurial performance,and explores the impact of communication ability on female entrepreneurial performance combined with female entrepreneurial characteristics.
