摘要
粤港澳大湾区建设在一国两制、国际交流、工匠精神、实践创新和智慧会展等方面对会展人才提出了新的更高要求。在明确粤港澳大湾区背景下高职会展策划与管理专业定位基础上,对会展职业岗位群进行梳理,厘清会展专业毕业生职业生涯发展路径,分析会展专业的职业能力结构,构建融入“大湾区元素”的课程体系,对高职会展策划与管理专业人才培养方案进行系统设计。
The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area puts forward a new and high require⁃ment for the exhibition personnel in the"one country two systems",international communication,craftsman spirit,practi⁃cal innovation and wisdom exhibition.The paper,based on the analysis of the exhibition major positioning at the area,dis⁃cusses the structure of professional ability of exhibition specialty,the construction of curriculum system in vocational col⁃leges,and the systematic design of talent training scheme for exhibition planning and management specialty in higher voca⁃tional education.
