摘要
人口流动的不均衡、不充分影响了区域协调发展向更高水平和更高质量迈进。在总结新时代中国人口迁移规律的基础上,理清了人口有序流动促进区域协调发展的理论逻辑。为更加高效促进区域协调发展,相关政策应立足认识中国人口流动规律,提高农业转移人口落户预期,处理好优化城市间产业分工和提高公共服务质量的关系,统筹人口流出地与流入地的配套政策,实现人口合理流动下的高质量区域协调发展。
The unbalance and insufficiency of population migration have affected the progress of regional coordinated development to a higher level and quality.Based on the summary of China’s population migration in the new era, the paper clarifies the theoretical logic as how orderly population migration promoted regional coordinated development.To promote regional coordinated development more efficiently,relevant policies need to understand the law of population migration in China,improve the expectation of agricultural migration population settlements, properly handle the relationship between optimizing inter-city industrial division of labor and improving the quality of public services,coordinate the supporting policies of population outflow and inflow areas,and realize high-quality regional coordinated development with rational population migration.
