摘要
数字金融、人力资本是实体经济发展的重要支撑。本文基于2011-2021年我国地级市面板数据,实证检验数字金融对实体经济发展的影响以及人力资本投资在其中的机制作用。研究结果表明,数字金融能够显著推动实体经济发展,人力资本投资是其重要的中介传导机制;数字金融对实体经济发展的促进作用经过替换核心解释变量、剔除特殊样本、内生性处理后,结论仍然成立,并且这一作用具有明显的区域异质性。基于此,应强化数字基础设施建设,深化数字金融领域发展,完善金融市场体制机制以及健全人才流动与发展的政策制度。
Digital finance and human capital are important supports for the development of the real economy.Based on the panel data of prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2021,this paper empirically examines the impact of digital fi-nance on the development of real economy and the mechanism role of human capital investment.The results show that digital finance can significantly promote the development of real economy,and human capital investment is an important intermediary transmission mechanism.After replacing the core explanatory variables,removing special samples,and endogeneity processing,the conclusion still holds,and such role has obvious regional heterogeneity.Based on this,we should strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,deepen the development of digital finance,improve the financial market system and mechanism,and improve the policy and institution of talent flow and development.
