摘要
目的:观察健脾益肺消积汤加减治疗对肺癌化疗患者免疫功能及毒副反应的影响。方法:100例肺癌患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组均50例。对照组给予常规GP化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加服健脾益肺消积汤,对两组治疗总有效率、免疫细胞表达水平、卡氏评分(KPS)改善率、毒副反应发生率进行统计分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组总有效率、KPS评分改善率、免疫细胞CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及自然杀伤细胞NK(%)的表达水平均显获得著性提高(P<0.05),毒副反应发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肺消积汤加减治疗可以提高肺癌化疗患者临床疗效,有效改善患者免疫功能,减少化疗毒副反应。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Modified Jianpi Yifei Xiaoji Decoction on immune function and toxic side effects for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:lOOpatients with lung cancer were divided into controlled group and observation group by random number table method,50cases in each group.The controlled group was given conventional GP chemotherapy.The observation group was given Jianpi Yifei Xiaoji Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The total effective rate,expression level of immune cell,improvement rate of KPS score and incidence of toxic side effects were statistically analyzed between the two groups.Results:Compared with the controled group,the total effective rate,the improvement rate of KPS score,the expression levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4+/CD8^+and natural killer NK(%)in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic side effects was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Jianpi Yifei Xiaoji Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,effectively improve the immune function of patients and reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy.
