摘要
目的探讨小柴胡汤联合化疗对肺癌晚期患者生命质量、免疫能力及炎性反应效应的影响.方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月于我院就诊的88例肺癌晚期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例.对照组行单纯化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅以小柴胡汤治疗,两组均连续治疗2个疗程.对比两组临床疗效、免疫能力、炎性反应、生命质量及不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率为59.08%,高于对照组的40.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平及欧洲癌症治疗研究组织的生活质量问卷评分均高于对照组,CD8^(+)及白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在化疗基础上辅以小柴胡汤治疗肺癌晚期患者可提高免疫功能,减轻炎性反应效应,减少不良反应的发生,提升患者生命质量.
Objective To explore the effect of Xiao Chaihu decoction combined with chemotherapy on quality of life,immune ability and inflammatory response in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 88 patients with advanced lung cancer who visited our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group using a random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received chemotherapy alone,and the observation group received Xiao Chaihu decoction combined with chemotherapy.Both groups received two consecutive courses of treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy,immune function,inflammatory response effect,quality of life,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 59.08%,which was higher than 40.91%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+),interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of chemotherapy and Xiao Chaihu decoction in the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer can improve immune function,reduce inflammatory reaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
