摘要
2型糖尿病是一种以持续性高血糖、机体胰岛素抵抗和相对的胰岛素缺乏为特征的代谢性疾病。目前对于2型糖尿病的治疗只能通过控制饮食、适当锻炼,辅以药物来对血糖加以控制。天然产物因其多靶点多通路的特点在治疗和预防2型糖尿病方面发挥了重要作用。本文对2型糖尿病的发病过程以及天然产物中黄酮、多酚以及生物碱等类化合物的降糖作用机制进行了分类综述,希望为2型糖尿病的治疗提供新思路,为新型降糖药的开发提供参考。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a complex metabolic disease featured with hyperglycemia,insulin resistance and relative insulin deficiency.Generally,the strategies to treat T2DM are diet control,moderate exercise and supplemented with medical treatment.Natural products have an important effect on T2DM with multi-target and various signal pathways.In this study,the pathogenesis process of T2DM and the molecular mechanism of flavonoids,polyphenols and alkaloids in natural products against T2DM are reviewed aiming at providing reference for exploiting novel hypoglycemic drug for the treatment of T2DM.
