摘要
内涵式发展与外延式发展理论,即两类发展理论,是我国学者提出的具有本土性的原创概念和范畴,是认识、理解和指导高等教育发展和改革的思想及方法。两类发展理论本身应随时代的发展而拓展、深化和提升,它不仅指通常意义上的高等教育数量增长与质量提升关系,而且涵盖两种教育哲学(认识论哲学与政治论哲学)及两大教育规律(内部关系规律与外部关系规律)所揭示的基本内容,如此才能更有力地发挥理论指导实践,推动和实现高等教育的内涵式发展的作用。
The connotative development theory and extensive development theory of higher education are original concepts and categories proposed by Chinese scholars,and are thoughts of and approaches to the understanding,explanation and guidance of the development and reform of higher education.This paper argues that these two development theories should be expanded,deepened and advocated to fit contemparory demands.They are not only a representation of the relation between growth and quality improvements of higher education,but also theories that cover the two kinds of higher education philosophies-the epistemological and the political theories,and the two education laws-the internal and external laws.Only in this way can they play their full roles in providing theoretical guidance for practice,promoting as well as realizing the connotative development of higher education.
