在线教育视频用户评论行为比较研究——以Bilibili网站视频评论为例 被引量:39

Comparative Study of User Commenting Behaviors in Online Educational Videos——Taking Video Comments on Bilibili.com As Examples

摘要 [目的/意义]视频评论是在线教育视频中用户交互的重要途径。分析在线视频不同评论方式中用户的行为差异对于理解用户行为规律,并促进视频平台评论功能的设计与优化具有重要意义。[方法/过程]文章搜集Bilibili网站200个在线教育视频的弹幕与传统评论数据,结合定量统计分析和定性内容分析方法,从视频特征、用户特征和评论内容特征三方面比较用户弹幕与传统评论行为的异同。[结果/结论]弹幕有利于提升用户的参与感,增长活跃周期,能更好地支持用户与视频内容的实时互动;传统评论可有效支持用户之间的直接互动,并帮助其开展深层次的知识交流。二者应充分结合,相互补充,提高用户在线学习的互动性和参与感。 [Purpose/Significance]Video comment is an important way of user interaction in online education video.It is of great significance to analyze the user behavior differences in different online video commenting modes to understand the user behavior patterns and promote the design and optimization of commenting functions in video platform.[Method/Process]This paper collected the danmaku and traditional comment data from 200 online educational videos on Bilibili.com.Combining quantitative statistical analysis and qualitative content analysis methods,this paper compared the similarities and differences between user danmaku and traditional commenting behaviors from three aspects:video features,user features and content features.[Results/Conclusion]This study found that the danmaku commenting mode was beneficial to enhance users sense of participation,increase active cycles,and can better support users real-time interaction with video content.Traditional commenting mode can effectively support the direct interaction among users and help them to carry out in-depth knowledge exchange.The two should fully combine and complement each other to improve users interactions and participation in online learning.
