摘要
“一带一路”倡议提出以来,对汉语国际化人才的需求已呈现各行各业全方位覆盖的态势。在国际化人才培养中,汉语教学成为首要的和最基本的语言培养环节,汉语国际化人才培养也成为汉语国际教育的重要担当。面对“一带一路”建设对汉语国际化人才的渴求,当前的汉语人才培养模式则显得较为薄弱和单一,急需培养模式的转型和创新。在培养目标上,注重专业化和国际化汉语能力培养;在手段上,构建融媒体学习平台;在师资队伍上,建设跨学科进而融学科的教学团队。创新模式的发展包括从泛化到精准化,从单层次到多层次,从通用型到专门化,从单一化到多样化,从而形成精准化、高科技化、专业化和速成化国际汉语人才培养机制。
Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward,the demand for Chinese international talents has shown a trend of all-round coverage in all walks of life.In the training of international talents,Chinese teaching has become the first and most basic part of language training,and Chinese international education has also become an important responsibility of Chinese international talents.Facing the craving of the Belt and Road Initiative to Chinese international talents,the current mode of Chinese talents training is rather weak and simplistic,and it is in urgent need of transformation and innovation.In terms of training objectives,we should pay attention to the cultivation of professional and international Chinese ability;in terms of means,we should build a learning platform of media integration;in terms of teachers,we should build a teaching team of interdisciplinary background that can ultimately achieve disciplinary integration.Innovation should be made along the following lines-from generality to precision,from single level to multiple level,from generalization to specialization,from unification to diversification,so as to form a precise,high-tech,professional and rapid training mechanism for international Chinese talents.
