摘要
目的:观察分析临床上运用稳心颗粒联合酒石酸美托洛尔片对老年冠心病心律失常的治疗效果及评价其安全性。方法:根据随机原则将符合纳入标准的老年冠心病心律失常病例患者110例分为2组:观察组(55例)和对照组(55例),对照组患者仅通过酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合稳心颗粒进行治疗,治疗56天后观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及副作用的发生情况。结果:通过对比两组的临床治疗效果,发现观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为89.1%和67.3%,其结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过对比观察组和对照组的动态心电图改善的疗效,发现观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为83.6%和63.6%,其结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过对比两组患者的不良反应发生情况,发现观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著少于对照组,其结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用稳心颗粒联合酒石酸美托洛尔片对老年冠心病心律失常的治疗效果显著,且副作用少,安全性较高。
In this study we observed and analyzed the clinical efficacy of the treatment of senile arrhythmia induced by coronary heart disease with Wenxin granule plus metoprolol tartrate,and evaluated the security of this method.110 elderly patients with arrhythmia induced by coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group(55 cases)and the control group(55 cases);the control group was given metoprolol tartrate for treatment,and the observation group was given Wenxin granule plus metoprolol tartrate.After 56 days treatment,the clinical efficacy and side effects occurrence of the two groups were observed and compared.The results showed that:through comparison of the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.1%,while that of the control group was 67.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);through comparison of theambulatory electrocar-diograms,the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.6%,while that of the control group was 63.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence of side effects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In conclusion,the clinical use of Wenxin granule plus metoprolol tartrate for the treatment of senile arrhythmia induced by coronary heart disease was effective with few side effects and high security.
