摘要
目的分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心律失常患者的临床效果。方法54例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心律失常患者,随机分成对比组和实验组,每组27例。对比组患者采用美托洛尔治疗,实验组患者采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为96.30%,高于对比组的70.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率为7.41%,低于对比组的33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心律失常患者的疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol on patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 54 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into comparison group and experimental group,with 27 cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with metoprolol,and the experimental group was treated with Wenxin granule and metoprolol.The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.30%,which was higher than that of 70.37% of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.41%,which was lower than that of 33.33% in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with arrhythmia,the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with the metoprolol treatment is very significant,with few adverse reactions,and is worthy of further promotion.
