摘要
目的研究美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒在治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2021年12月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的95例老年冠心病心律失常患者为对象研究,根据随机数字表法分组模式,分为对照组(n=47)与联合组(n=48)。对照组单独采用美托洛尔治疗,联合组在对照组基础上添加稳心颗粒治疗。对比两组24h动态心电图指标、治疗效果、不良反应。结果治疗后,联合组24h动态心电图指标优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病心律失常患者采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒药物治疗,有利于改善心功能水平,提升治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床应用。
Objective To study the application value of metoprolol Jiawenxin granules in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods Ninety-five elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the object study,and divided into control group(n=47)and combination group(n=48)according to the numerical random table grouping mode.The control group was treated with metoprolol alone,and the combined group was treated with Wenxin granules on the basis of the control group.The indexes,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of 24h dynamic electrocardiogram were compared.Results After treatment,24h dynamic electrocardiogram index in combination group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules is beneficial to improve the level of cardiac function,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
