摘要
为了解水稻品种台北309在短期镉胁迫下的自我保护机制,本研究对经不同浓度镉离子(0、30、50、80、100 mg/L)处理7日后的水稻品种台北309二至三叶期幼苗生理指标趋势进行了探讨。结果表明:胁迫后各处理组的叶绿素总含量呈现出低浓度时增加,高浓度时减少的特征;叶绿素a/b比例则持续升高,而后当镉离子浓度过高时比例降低;相对电导率、丙二醛含量表现为30 mg/L时减少,后随镉离子浓度增加而增加;脯氨酸含量在镉离子浓度为30 mg/L时降低,而浓度为50 mg/L时突增,后随镉离子浓度增加再次降低。这说明水稻品种台北309可以通过不同的生理应答耐受短期低浓度镉处理,而高浓度镉处理时其生长将受到毒害。
In order to understand the self-protection mechanism of the rice TP309 under short-term cadmium stress,its seedlings treated by different contents of cadmium(30,50,80,100 mg/L)in 7 days were used on this physiological characteristics study.After the stress,the total chlorophyll content increased when the cadmium was low,and then gradually decreased when the cadmium concentration got higher;chlorophyll a/b content rise continually,and then decreased when the cadmium concentration was too high;the relative electrolyte exudation and the content of MDA were all decreased when the concentration reached 30 mg/L,and then increased;the content of proline decreased at 30 mg/L,then jumped at 50 mg/L,and then down again.Therefore,TP309 could tolerate low concentration of cadmium in a short-term cadmium treatment through different physiological responses,but high concentrations of cadmium would harm their growth.
