摘要
实施新旧动能转换是“十三五”期间重要的经济工作,是保持经济健康发展的重要途径。本文以双创作为新旧动能转换的强引擎切入点,依据经济增长理论,对1990—2016年山东省资本存量、全要素生产率指数等相关指标进行测量,以意识创新→创业活动→价值创造为线索,表述了如何用开放、合作、绿色的理念进行双创发展以助推新旧动能转换,最后对双创发展助推新旧动能转换的发展趋势进行了阐述。
Replacing old growth drivers with newones is a key economic work during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period and an important way to maintain the healthy economic development.With mass entrepreneurship and innovation as the strong engine for replacing old growth drivers with newones,according to economic growth theory,the capital stock and total factor productivity index of Shandong Province from 1990 to 2016 are measured and calculated.Taking consciousness innovation→entrepreneurial activity→value creation as the main clue,the paper indicates how to implement the concept of openness,cooperation and greenness for building a creative space so as to boost replacing old growth drivers with newones.Finally the paper expounds the development trend in how the creative space boosts replacing old growth drivers with newones.
