摘要
目的探讨益生菌联合三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关慢性胃炎患者炎症因子的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2018年12月我院收治的62例Hp相关慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31)。对照组采用标准三联疗法治疗,观察组联合益生菌治疗,口服上述药物14 d后停药,停药4周后复查Hp为1个治疗疗程,疗程结束后对患者进行2个月随访,比较两组Hp清除率、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及药物安全性。结果观察组治疗后1、2个月Hp清除率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后30 d ESR、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗中药物不良反应总发生率为6.45%,低于对照组16.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将益生菌联合三联疗法用于Hp相关慢性胃炎患者中有助于提高Hp清除率,能降低炎症因子水平,且未增加药物不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Probiotics combined with triple therapy on inflammatory factors in patients with chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori(Hp). Methods Sixty-two patients with Hp associated chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled and divided into control group(n=31) and observation group(n=31) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with standard triple therapy. The observation group was combined with Probiotics on the basic of the control group.After 14 days of treatment, the drugs were discontinued;after 4 weeks of with drawal, Hp was reviewed, which was called a course of treatment. After the course, patients were followed for 2 months. The clearance rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels and drug safety were compared between two groups. Results The Hp clearance rates of the observation group at 1 and 2 months after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The ESR and CRP levels in the observation group 30 days after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 6.45%, lower than that of the control group for 16.13%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of Probiotics combined with triple therapy in patients with Hp-associated chronic gastritis can improve Hp clearance and reduce inflammatory factor levels, without increasing adverse drug reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
