摘要
目的益生菌联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的效果观察。方法选取104例幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法分为联合组和对照组,各52例。对照组采用三联疗法治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合益生菌进行治疗,观察对比两组临床症状评分、治疗效果、Hp清除率以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组临床症状评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组临床症状评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率、Hp清除率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎具有良好的效果,能有效改善患者临床症状,且治疗安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of probiotics combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis. Methods Atotal of 104 patients with Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups： ambmed group and control group. The control group was treated with triple therapy, and the combined group was treated with probi- otics on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptom scores, treatment effects, Hp clearance rate, and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups. After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the combined group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; In the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of probiotics and triple therapy for chronic Helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis has a good effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and safety of treatment, which is worth popularizing and applying.
