摘要
目的探析普拉洛芬滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症眼表炎症的临床效果。方法将2017年4月至2019年5月该院收治的84例干眼症眼表炎症患者采用随机化原则分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者的疗效。结果研究组治疗后自觉症状与体征评分[(10.33±1.52)分]、泪膜破裂时间[(14.56±2.61)s]、荧光素染色评分[(0.04±0.37)分]与对照组[分别为(15.71±1.67)分、(11.35±1.79)s、(0.70±0.53)分]比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=15.440、6.573、6.617,P<0.05)。结论干眼症眼表炎症联合采用普拉洛芬滴眼液与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗疗效显著,能积极改善病情,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pralofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of ocular surface inflammation in dry eye.Methods A total of84 patients with ocular surface inflammation from April 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and the experimental group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and pralofen eye drops.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of conscious symptoms and signs in the experimental group were(10.33±1.52),tear film rupture time was(14.56±2.61)s,and fluorescein staining score was(0.04±0.37).The scores of(15.71±1.67),(11.35±1.79)s and(0.70±0.53)in the control group were significantly different(t=15.440、6.573、6.617,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of pralofen eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye ocular surface inflammation is effective and can actively improve the condition,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
