摘要
目的探究普拉洛芬联合氟米龙对中重度干眼症患者干眼程度及炎症反应的影响.方法将本院2020年3月—2021年7月收治的102例中重度干眼症患者纳入此次研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组51例和观察组51例.对照组采用氟米龙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用普拉洛芬治疗,均持续治疗2个月.比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的干眼程度及炎症反应、不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前干眼程度评分、各项炎症因子水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后干眼程度评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6及白细胞介素-10水平分别为(1.02±0.16)分、(1.14±0.08)pg/mL、(3.25±0.14)pg/mL、(1.13±0.11)pg/mL,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论临床采用普拉洛芬联合氟米龙治疗中重度干眼症患者,在减轻其干眼症状及炎症反应方面的效果确切,且具有较高安全性,值得临床进一步推广.
Objective To explore the effect of pranoprofen combined with flumetholone on the degree of dry eye and inflammatory response in patients with moderate to severe dry eye.Methods A total of 102 patients with moderate to severe dry eye who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to July 2021 were included in this study,and were divided into a control group of 51 cases and an observation group of 51 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with flumetholone,and the observation group was additionally treated with pranoprofen on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The treatment effect,dry eye degree,inflammatory reaction before and after treatment and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than 80.39%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the dry eye degree score and the levels of various inflammatory factors before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the dry eye degree score,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 levels of the observation group were(1.02±0.16)points,(1.14±0.08)pg/mL,(3.25±0.14)pg/mL,(1.13±0.11)pg/mL,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical use of pranoprofen combined with flumetholone in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe dry eye has definite effect in reducing dry eye symptoms and inflammatory response,and has high safety,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
