摘要
为寻找提取人参多糖的新工艺,采用快速溶剂萃取技术(APLE)提取人参多糖,通过单因素实验和正交实验得出快速溶剂萃取技术的最佳工艺参数,并与热水辅助提取、超声波辅助提取等方法进行比较,确定了提取人参多糖的最佳工艺参数为加热温度140℃、循环次数5次、萃取时间为9min,人参多糖的提取率达11.36%。快速溶剂萃取技术提取人参多糖优于其它2种提取方法。该工艺具有操作简便、高效节能、提取率高等优点,为人参多糖的快速溶剂提取提供理论依据。
In order to study a new extraction technology of polysaccharide in ginseng,ginseng polysaccharide was extracted by Fully Automatic Rapid Solvent Extraction(APLE).The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide in ginseng polysaccharide was obtained by single-factor test and orthogonal test.The technology is compared with hot water-assisted extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are the extraction temperature of 140℃,extraction time of 9 minutes with three cycles.Under these conditions,extraction ratio of polysaccharide is up to 11.36%.Pressurized solvent extraction polysaccharide method is supper to the other two methods,this method was simple,high efficiency,energy saving and high extraction ratio,it provides a theoretical basis for rapid solvent extraction of ginseng polysaccharides.
