摘要
2016年12月甘肃省张掖市某商品鸡场60日龄左右的海兰褐青年鸡陆续发病,死淘率达48%。临床诊断出现典型的跗关节肿大,跗关节腔有黄色的脓性液体。通过实验室病原学检测,从关节液和输卵管中的病原体分离及病理模型构建实验,确诊所感染病原体为禽滑液囊支原体。对耐过的鸡群140日龄开产后采集种蛋孵化结果显示,从1日龄小鸡的肺脏和喉头检测出禽滑液囊支原体核酸,说明禽滑液囊支原体能在鸡体内进行垂直传播。该研究结果为养殖企业禽滑液囊支原体的防控提供了参考。
In December 2016,about 60 day-old Hy-line brower Pullets on a hen farm f Zhangye city of Gansu province became ill and death and culling rates were up to 48%.These sick chickens showed typical tarsal swellings and yellow purulent fluids in the tarsal joint cavities.Mycoplasma synoviae(M.synoviae)was isolated from synovial fluids and oviducts of sick pullets.Some breeding eggs were collected for hatching in order to investigate the possibility of vertical transmission.As a fact,M.synoviae was re-isolated from throats and lungs of one-day-old chickens,indicating the occurrence of vertical transmission.In addition,this article provided suggestions for prevention and control M.synoviae on commercial chicken farms.
