摘要
鸡滑液囊支原体是除鸡毒支原体之外另一种引起家禽疾病的重要支原体病原,由于传染性极强,疫苗免疫效果欠佳,近几年给国内外养禽业带来了很大的危害。2017年初,宁夏地区发现鸡滑液囊支原体病疫情,在宁夏发病地区采集了87份疑似感染鸡的病料,分离得到13株滑液囊支原体,每个分离地随机挑选1株进行了抗菌药物的敏感性试验。结果表明,3株滑液囊支原体均对泰万菌素、泰妙菌素、泰乐菌素敏感,而对氟苯尼考和恩诺沙星有一定的耐受性。研究结果对该地区滑液囊支原体病的治疗用药提供了参考。
Mycoplasma synoviae(MS)is an major poultry pathogens in last few years in China.Due to the highly contagiousness,the immune effect of vaccines is unsatisfactory,in recent years,MS infection has brought unprecedented challenges and harms to the poultry industry.The outbreak of MS infection was detected in Ningxia region in 2017.In this study,87 suspected cases of chickens were collected in the region of Ningxia,and finally 13 strains of MS were isolated and 3 strains were randomly selected to determine the sensitivity of antimicrobial agents.Experimental results showed that 3 MS strains were sensitive to tywanin,termidol,tylosin,and resistant to fluphenicol and enoxacin.The results of this study provided a reference for the treatment of MS infaction in the region.
