摘要
鉴于小煤窑采空区煤炭自燃火灾防治难题,以陕西省大柳塔镇级小城市综合改革试验区北大渠煤矿为例,对小煤窑火区特点进行了分析,优选了注浆材料,并确定了适宜的浆液配比,采用了分区式地面钻孔注浆新工艺,快速治理了小煤窑火区,为下煤层工作面安全回采消除了前期隐患。该项技术在小煤窑采空区防灭火中的应用效果明显。
In view of the problem of preventing and controlling the coal spontaneous combustion fire in the goaf area of small coal mine,taking Beidaqu Coal Mine as an example,the characteristics of small coal mine fire area were analyzed,the grouting materials were optimized,and the suitable slurry ratio was determined.A new zonal surface drilling grouting process is adopted to quickly control the small coal mine fire area and eliminate the early hidden danger for the safe working face of lower coal seam.The application effect of this technology in small coal mine goaf area is obvious.
