摘要
为提高煤矿地面预防性防灭火注浆工程中钻孔的施工效率,加快预防性防灭火注浆工程的工程进度,选取了JKS800型履带式动力头全液压钻机,对其主要技术参数、工作原理、钻机结构组成进行说明。该设备应用于大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井复合区12下208采空区地面钻孔预防性防灭火注浆工程,高效完成施工注浆钻孔9个,施工总进尺为865.62 m,顺利注入177010 m3浆液,提高了钻孔施工过程的安全系数,缩短了工程总工期,验证了使用该设备施工的注浆孔质量满足预防性防灭火注浆工程的使用要求。
In order to improve the construction efficiency and progress of the drilling in the coal mine ground preventive firefighting grouting project,the JKS800 crawler-type power-head full hydraulic drilling rig is selected,and its main technical parameters,working principle and structure are described.By using the drilling rig in the ground drilling preventive firefighting grouting project for the 12-208 goaf in Huojitu mine of Daliuta coal mine,9 grouting drillings are constructed efficiently,the total footage is 865.62 m,and 177010 m3 slurry is injected into the goaf,which improves the safety factor of the drilling construction process,shortens the total construction period,and meets the quality requirements of the preventive firefighting grouting project.
