复杂条件下高地温综放工作面回撤期间防灭火技术 被引量:10

Fire-preventing technology of support withdrawing in fully-mechanized top-coal caving face with high ground temperature under complicated conditions

摘要 针对新巨龙煤矿2304S综放工作面"双道终采线"的复杂环境条件,主要从煤层地质条件、遗煤量、采空区漏风、氧化时间4个因素对2304S综放工作面停采撤架期间煤层分叉线、两巷、采空区区域的遗煤自燃危险性进行分析。根据该工作面双道终采线实际情况和现有防灭火技术条件,采取分段控制方法,在回撤期间采取"堵漏、惰化、降温、监测"4个方面防灭火技术对煤自燃危险区域进行超前防控,有效控制了采空区遗煤自燃进程,确保了2304S综放工作面支架的安全撤出,为高地温复杂综放工作面回撤期间煤自燃防治积累了实践经验。 In view of the complex environmental conditions of the"double stop mining lines"of No.2304 S fully-mechanized caving face in Xinjulong coal mine,the mining of No.2304 S fully-mechanized caving face is stopped from four factors:coal geological conditions,residual coal volume,air leakage in the gob,and oxidation time.The risk of spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal in the area of No.2304 S fully-mechanized caving face during the final mining and the withdrawal of the support was analyzed.According to the actual situation of the double stop mining lines of the working face and the existing technical conditions of fire prevention,a segmented control method is adopted,and the four aspects of"leakage plugging,inerting,cooling,and monitoring"are adopted during the final mining period and the suspension and withdrawal period.The fire-preventing technology provides advanced prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion dangerous areas,effectively controlling the spontaneous combustion process of coal left in the gob,ensuring the safe withdrawal of the support of No.2304 S fully-mechanized caving face,and providing coal during the retracement of complex fully-mechanized caving face with high ground temperature.Practical experience has been accumulated in spontaneous combustion prevention.
