摘要
通过对膨润土基复合土壤调理材料成型造粒技术研究,确定了在利用圆盘造粒机进行膨润土基复合土壤调理材料成型造粒过程中水分为15%,膨润土与有机物配比为8∶1.5,圆盘造粒机转速为65r/min、倾角为55°时,膨润土基复合土壤调理材料成型率高,粒型好,强度高,不易松散,粒度(1.00~4.75mm或3.35~5.60mm)达到91.6%,满足产品需求。
Through the research on the molding granulation technology of bentonite-based composite soil conditioning materials,it was determined that the moisture content of the bentonite-based composite soil conditioning material during the forming granulation process was 15%,and the ratio of bentonite to organic matter was 8:1.5.When the rotational speed of the disc granulator is 65r/min and the inclination angle is 55°,the bentonite-based composite soil conditioning material has a high forming rate,good grain shape,high strength,and is not easy to loose,and the particle size(1.00~4.75mm or 3.35~5.60mm)is reached.91.6%,meeting product standards.
