摘要
采用田间试验方法,研究了生物有机肥在甜玉米上的应用效果。结果表明,施用生物有机肥的产量比空白对照增产133.33%,达极显著水平;比施用生物有机肥基质增产7.47%,产量差异达到显著水平。与生物有机肥基质、常规施肥和空白对照相比,土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量分别提高1.27%、4.82%、6.22%,3.16%、2.08%、10.11%,6.15%、1.54%、22.47%,5.66%、4.35%、16.67%;施用生物有机肥每千克氮磷钾纯养分分别比施用生物有机肥基质和常规施肥提高肥效13.73%、56.76%,取得较好的经济效益。
In order to understand the applying effects of biological organic fertilizer (BOF) on the yield of sweet corn and soil fertility, the field experiment of different fertilizer treatments was carried out. The results showed that the yield of sweef corn increased by 133.33% and 7.47%, respectively, as compared with the control and the matrix of BOF(BOF was disinfected by high temperature). There was significant difference existed in the yield of sweet corn among the different fertilizer treatments. The soil organic matter content by applying biological organic fertilizer increased by 1.27%, 4. 82% and 6.22%, respectively, as compared with the matrix of biological organic fertilizer, regular application and control, and the content of soil available nitrogen increased by 3.16 %, 2. 08%, and 10. 11%, respectively, the content of soil available phosphorus increased by 6. 15%, 1. 54% and 22.47%,respectively, the content of soil available potassium increased by 5.66%, 4.35% and 16.67%, respectively. The fertilizer efficiency of biological organic fertilizer increased by 13. 73% and 56. 76%, respectively, as compared with the matrix of biological organic fertilizer and regular application. It was suggested that the application of biological organic fertilizer could get good income benefits.
