摘要
本试验进行生物有机肥和复合化肥对豆类、瓜类和叶菜类蔬菜的产量、生理性状和品质影响的比较。结果表明,生物有机肥的增产效果不明显。生物有机肥的施用能大幅度提高蔬菜根活力,及提高豆类和瓜类植株叶片的叶绿素含量。生物有机肥的施用能明显提高各种蔬菜食用部位可溶性糖含量,但在提高蔬菜维生素C含量方面的作用还不确定。施用生物有机肥可降低叶菜类蔬菜体内硝酸盐含量。
We studied the difference of the yield and quality of vegetables through applying bioorganic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer. The result showed that bioorganic fertilizer had not significant effect on increasing vegetables' yield, but it could elevate the root-vitality of vegetables and the chlorophyll content of leaves of legumes and melons, and significantly raised the soluble sugar content in edible part,but the effect on Vc content was not confident. The use of bioorganic fertilizer had nice effect on decreasing nitrate content in leaves.
