摘要
随着国家“双一流”建设的快速推进,我国高等教育改革与发展已经步入深度调整的关键时期,如何发挥好学科评估在“双一流”建设中的重要作用成为事关高等教育改革成败的重要命题。然而,高校、政府和社会等多元利益主体对学科评估有着不同的价值利益诉求,极易引发不同利益主体之间的价值利益冲突,影响学科评估功能的正常发挥。为此,我国高校学科评估应当妥善处理好实用工具理性与学术价值理性之间的矛盾冲突,强化学术价值理性在高校学科评估中的基础性作用,牢固树立“质量为先、特色为要”的学科发展理念,积极培育鼓励自由创新的学科文化,促进高校学科评估的协调发展。
With the rapid advancement of national"Double-First-Class"construction,China's higher education reform has entered a critical period of deep adjustment.How to play a good role of discipline evaluation has become an important part of China‘s higher education reform.However,multi-stakeholders,such as universities,government and society,have different value and interest demands for discipline evaluation,which can easily lead to conflicts and affect the normal development of discipline evaluation.Therefore,the contradiction between practical instrumental rationality and academic value rationality should be properly handled,the basic role of academic value rationality in discipline evaluation should be strengthened,the concept of"quality first,characteristics first"should be firmly established,the discipline culture of encouraging free innovation should be actively cultivated,and the coordinated development of academic evaluation in universities should be promoted.
