摘要
以小麦、玉米为原料,采用胶体金快速定量法检测其伏马毒素含量并探讨胶体金快速定量法的适用性,同时,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)验证该方法的准确性。结果表明,胶体金快速定量法检出限和定量限分别为208.5μg/kg和496.6μg/kg,重复性符合检测要求,方法回收率111.70%~114.32%,作为快速检测粮食中伏马毒素的技术具有较高的准确性、稳定性和良好的特异性。
Using wheat and maize as raw materials,the content of fumonisin was detected by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique,and the applicability of rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique was discussed.The results showed that the detection limit and quantitative limit of rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique were 208.5 and 496.6μg/kg,the repeatability was accorded with test requirements,the recovery range of matrix addition was 111.70%-114.32% and the specificity was good.Rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique as a rapid detection of fumonisin in grain,with high accuracy,stability and good specificity.
