摘要
赭曲霉毒素A和T-2毒素是对动物生产危害较大的两种霉菌毒素。本文介绍了赭曲霉毒素A和T-2毒素的毒性,并对近年来赭曲霉毒素A和T-2毒素在我国的污染情况进行分析。结果显示我国饲料及饲料原料受赭曲霉毒素A和T-2毒素污染程度较轻。
Ochratoxin A and T-2 toxin are two kinds of mycotoxins with great harm on animal production.In this article, thetoxicity of ochratoxin A and T-2 toxin were described, and their contamination status in feed and feed raw materials in recent years were summarized.The conclusion could be drawn that the contamination level of ochratoxin A and T-2 toxin in our country was light.
