超声提取-高效液相色谱法分析十种清洁类化学品中的三氯生 被引量:6

Analysis of triclosan in ten kind of cleaning chemicalsz by ultrasonic extraction coupled with HPLC

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法分析了10种清洁类化学品中三氯生。采用超声提取法提取样品中的三氯生,最优提取溶剂为85%的甲醇溶液,超声提取时间为15 min。三氯生浓度在0.05~10.0 mg·L^(-1)时,其峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系。10种清洁类化学品中,有一种检出三氯生,浓度为0.80 mg·L^(-1)。10种样品的加标回收率在76.69%~112.20%之间,相对标准偏差在0.4%~7.5%之间。该方法快速、准确、灵敏,能满足清洁类化学品中三氯生定量分析的要求。 The method of detected triclosan in ten kind of cleaning chemicals was established by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Triclosan was extracted by ultrasonic extraction method. The best extraction solvent was methanol-water( 90 ∶ 10,V/V). And the extraction time was 15 min.Good linear behavior could be obtained in the range of 0. 05 to 10. 0 mg·L^-1.Triclosan was detected in one kind of sample with the concentration of 0. 80 mg·L^-1.The spiked recoveries of triclosan in ten kind of samples were76. 69% ~ 112. 20% and the relative standard deviations were 0. 4% ~ 7. 5%. The method is fast,accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the detection of triclosan in cleaning chemicals.
