摘要
目的:探讨支撑喉镜联合内镜治疗声带息肉患者临床效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年10月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的84例声带息肉患者,随机将其分为对照组与治疗组,各42例,对照组行支撑喉镜手术进行治疗,治疗组采用支撑喉镜手术联合内镜手术进行治疗,比较两组手术时间、治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果:治疗组手术时间为(17.56±2.10)min,显著短于对照组的(23.45±3.34)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率(2.38%)低于对照组(23.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支撑喉镜与内镜联合治疗声带息肉患者,可提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,缩短手术时间。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopy combined with laryngoscopy in the treatment of vocal cord polyps. Method: A total of 84 patients with vocal cord polyps who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with supporting laryngoscope surgery, while the treatment group was treated with supporting laryngoscope surgery combined with endoscopic surgery. The operation time, treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Result: The operation time of the patients in the treatment group was(17.56±2.10) minutes, shorter than(23.45±3.34) minutes of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.62%, higher than 78.57% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the treatment group(2.38%) was lower than that in the control group(23.81%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of vocal cord polyps with laryngoscope and endoscopy can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the operation time.
