摘要
目的评价支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下内侧微瓣法治疗广基声带息肉的临床优势。方法84例广基声带息肉患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者采取常规纤维喉镜下切除术治疗,观察组患者采取支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下内侧微瓣法治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为0,低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下内侧微瓣法治疗广基声带息肉效果显著,其安全性较高,值得临床积极推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical advantages of supporting laryngoscope and nasal endoscope in the treatment of wide-base vocal cord polyps.Methods A total of 84 patients with wide-base vocal cord polyps were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional fiber laryngoscope resection,and patients in the observation group were treated with medial microvalve method under supporting laryngoscope and nasal endoscope.The therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates in the observation group was 0,which was lower than 14.29% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medial microvalve method under supporting laryngoscope and nasal endoscope is safe and effective in the treatment of wide-base vocal cord polyps,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
