摘要
试验采用PEG水溶液模拟干旱环境,比较5个玉米品种在玉米苗期水分胁迫下脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性蛋白含量等生理指标的变化,为抗旱品种选育提供借鉴。结果表明,随着PEG浓度的增加,每个品种的可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量均相应增加,其中,香糯2号在PEG各浓度下的可溶性蛋白含量和对照相比差异极显著,PEG不同浓度间黄晶糯、品糯28、先风真甜水果玉米的脯氨酸含量差异极显著,25%浓度的PEG水溶液下,丙二醛含量和其他浓度相比差异极显著。综合比较,品糯28和黄晶糯的抗旱性强于香糯2号、先风真甜水果玉米和北甜玉1号。
The changes of proline content,malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content physiological indexes of five maize varieties at seedling stage was compared under water stress in maize seedling stage,while PEG solution was used to simulate the drought environment in this experiment to provide reference for the breeding of drought-resistant varieties.The result showed that soluble protein content,malondialdehyde content and proline content of each variety increased correspondingly with increasing of PEG solution concentration,the soluble protein content of Xiangnuo 2 at each concentration was significantly different from that of the control,the difference of proline content between Huangjingnuo,Pinnuo 28 and Xianfeng sweet fruit corn was very significant,the difference between the malondialdehyde of 25%concentration and other concentrations was extremely significant.Comprehensive comparison,Pinnuo 28 and Huangjingnuo have stronger drought resistance than Xiangnuo 2,Xianfeng sweet fruit corn and Beitianyu 1.
