摘要
创新是社会发展进步的动力,创新型高水平人才的培养是高校的重任之一。针对我校创新型中药学研究生培养过程中存在的问题,立足于三位一体的办学特色和一流学科建设,从培养方案、课程体系、教学模式、导师队伍、研究方向、研究平台、联合培养基地、长效学术交流机制、多元培养体系等方面开展教学研究和改革探索,构建中药学研究生创新能力培养体系。该体系的建立是提高中药学高水平人才培养质量,推动中药学一级学科建设,彰显我校三位一体办学特色和一流学科的建设的有力支撑。
Innovation is the motive force of social development and progress,and the cultivation of innovative high-level talents is one of the important tasks of colleges.In view of the problems existing in the training process of innovative postgraduates of Chinese materia medica in our college,based on the trinity of school-running characteristics and the construction of first-class disciplines,we construct a training system of innovative ability for graduate students of Chinese materia medica on teaching research and reform exploration from some aspects.The establishment of this system is a powerful support to improve the quality of high-level personnel training in pharmacy,to promote the construction of the first-level discipline of Chinese materia medica,and to highlight the characteristics of our school's trinity and the construction of first-class disciplines.
