摘要
我国部分高校存在研究生“双创”培养机制不完善、研究生创业绩效不理想的问题,通过评价机制来反馈优化“双创”培养平台,对提高研究生的培养绩效有重要影响。该文以研究生满意度为导向,分别从顶层设计、师资层面、资源层面以及研究生自身四个方面,基于AHP分析方法构建研究生“双创”培养评价模型,以期为完善我国高校研究生“双创”培养机制提供依据和参考。
At present,universities in China generally have the problems of imperfect cultivation mechanism of postgraduates’dual-innovation and unsatisfactory performance of postgraduates’entrepreneurship,and how to optimize the dual-innovation cultivation platform by feedback through evaluation mechanism has an important impact on improving the cultivation performance of postgraduates.Taking the satisfaction of postgraduates as the guide,the article constructs the evaluation model of postgraduate dual-innovation cultivation based on AHP analysis method in four aspects:top-level design,faculty level,student level,and educational environment and form,respectively,in order to provide a basis and reference for improving the mechanism of dual-innovation cultivation cultivation of postgraduates in Chinese universities.
