摘要
目的探讨中药足浴对糖尿病胃肠植物神经功能紊乱患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月~2019年2月我院收治的152例糖尿病胃肠植物神经功能紊乱患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组76例,其中对照组患者实施温水足浴治疗,观察组患者实施中药足浴治疗,对两组患者的治疗有效率、胃肠植物神经功能改善情况、血液生化指标水平和患者满意度进行比较。结果治疗前,两组患者BSS评分及FPG、BUN、Cr、SGPT等指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组BSS评分、BSS评分改善情况及肠胃功能改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血FPG、BUN、Cr和SGPT水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的满意度率为97.37%,高于对照组的63.16%(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴治疗糖尿病合并胃肠植物神经功能紊乱患者具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine foot bath on diabetic gastrointestinal auto nomic nerve dysfunction. Methods A total of 152 patients with diabetic gastrointestinal autonomic nerve dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 76 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with warm water foot bath. The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath. The treatment efficiency, the improvement of gastrointestinal plant neurological disorder, blood biochemical index and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in BSS scores, FPG, BUN, Cr, SGPT and other indicators between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the BSS score, BSS score improvement and gastrointestinal function improvement in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of indexes of FPG, BUN, Cr and SGPT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group after treatment was 97.37%, which was higher than that(63.16%) of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine foot bath has a good clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic patients with gastrointestinal autonomic nerve dysfunction, which is worthy of clinical application.
