摘要
目的 分析当归四逆汤加味联合中药足浴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果.方法 选取2016年4月—2018年11月该院收治的糖尿病周围性病变患者共120例分为研究组和常规组,常规组采用甲钴胺对患者进行治疗,研究组在常规组基础上通过当归四逆汤加味联合中药足浴的方式进行治疗,比较两种治疗方式的临床效果.结果 研究组患者的SNCV、MNCV明显优于常规组,且治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 当归四逆汤加味联合中药足浴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果显著.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 120 patients with diabetic peripheral lesions admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to November 2018 were divided into study group and routine group. The routine group was treated with mecobalamin. The study group was treated with Danggui Sini Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of routine group. The clinical effects of the two treatment methods were compared. Results The SCNV and MNCV of the study group were significantly better than those of the routine group, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the routine group, with statistical significance between the groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Danggui Sini Decoction combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
