摘要
目的分析加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合硫辛酸注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法研究对象为我院收入的糖尿病周围神经病变患者,入院时间在2017年5月至2020年5月,入选患者共80例,经双盲随机分组方法,分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例),对照组行静脉滴注硫辛酸注射液,研究组行静脉滴注硫辛酸注射液联合加味黄芪桂枝五物汤温服治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、症候积分、神经传导速度和TCSS评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗前的症候积分、神经传导速度和TCSS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),经过治疗后,研究组患者的症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),神经传导速度高于对照组(P<0.05),TCSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合硫辛酸注射液治疗具有显著效果,能有效改善患者的神经传导速度,有利于患者的症状缓解。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with lipoic acid injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The subjects of the study were diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,and 80 patients were selected from the hospital from May 2017 to May 2020.The patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases),and the control group received intravenous injection of thiooctanoic acid.The study group was treated by intravenous injection of lipoic acid and the combination of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.The total effective rate,syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity and TCSS score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom score,nerve conduction velocity and TCSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),nerve conduction velocity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and TCSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with lipoic acid injection has a significant effect on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity and relieve the symptoms of patients.
