摘要
文章基于平衡理论分析了用户在突发事件舆论表达时可能会采用的五种平衡行为,提出了平衡行为的影响因素假设和模型,通过问卷调查法对平衡行为及其影响因素进行了验证性分析.研究结果发现,社交关系会对用户突发事件的舆论表达产生影响;用户自身判断能力越弱,越容易参考好友的态度,甚至会改变自己的态度去迎合好友;群体地位高的用户在突发事件舆论表达时,会采取多种平衡行为方式去平衡自身的社交关系;对事件关注度和了解度高的用户,更容易坚持自身立场,当与好友观点不同时,会倾向于对好友进行劝说,与不喜欢的人观点相同时,会倾向于对其产生好感.本研究丰富了平衡理论的应用,为平衡理论在社交媒体中的用户行为研究开拓了新思路.
This paper discusses five kinds of balanced behaviors that users may adopt when expressing their opinionsunder the influence of different social relationships,and puts forward hypotheses and the model of influencing factors ofbalanced behavior.Through the questionnaire survey,an empirical study is carried out by this paper on the balance be-haviors and its influencing factors.The results shows that social relationships have impacts on the expression of publicopinions on emergencies;the weaker the users’judgment ability is,the more likely they are to refer to their friends’at-titudes towards the event and even they tend to change their attitudes to cater to friends’;users with high group statustend to adopt several balanced behaviors to achieve the balance of social relationships when expressing public opinionin emergencies;users who know more about event information are more likely to hold their ground,and tends to per-suade friends when they disagree with the opinions of friends,and tends to have a positive attitude towards opponentswhen they had the same attitudes with opponents.This study enriches the application of the balance theory and puts for-ward new ideas for the study of social media user behavior.
