摘要
[目的/意义]自新型冠状疫情爆发以来,网上教学已逐渐发展成为一种主要教学授课方式.然而,"网课爆破"现象频发,网络舆情引爆事件层出不穷.为了加强网络安全监督引导,构建良好的网络秩序,确保网络空间安全,深入挖掘网络舆情演变规律,显得尤为重要.[方法/过程]鉴于新型冠状疫情期间"网上教学"微博热点话题,提出一种基于LDA主题挖掘模型和情感分析的舆情分析方法,深入挖掘微博用户对"网上教学"的关注点和情感倾向,采用共词分析和社交网络分析挖掘用户关注内容之间的关联关系,对科学化、柔性化教育网络舆情监管具有重要意义.[结果/结论]针对网上教学微博数据的分析结果显示,公众对新型冠状疫情期间开展网上教学的情感总体呈现积极状态,LDA主题挖掘模型能够有效地识别出不同情感主题下的关键词,挖掘出公众对"网上教学"的情感诉求和关联关系,对教育网络舆情的监管提供数据支持,以维护网络空间环境的有序性.
[Purpose/Significance]Since the outbreak of COVID-19,online teaching has developed into a main way of teaching.However,the phenomenon of"online course explosion"occurs frequently,and the explosion of online public opinion events emerge in an endless stream.In order to strengthen the supervision and guidance of network security,build a good network order and ensure the security of the network space,it is particularly important to dig into the evolution law of online public opinion.[Method/Process]Based on the hot topics of"online teaching"in Weibo during the COVID-19,this paper proposes a public opinion analysis method based on the LDA model and sentiment analysis to dig into Weibo users'concerns and emotional tendency of"online teaching",and uses co-word analysis and social network analysis to dig out the different topic correlation.It is of great significance for scientific and flexible supervision of online public opinions in education.[Results/Conclusion]The analysis results based on the online teaching data show that the public sentiment towards online teaching generally presents a positive state recently.The LDA model can effectively identify keywords under different emotional themes and dig out the public's emotional demands and its correlation based on"online teaching",thus provide data and theoretical support for the supervision of online public opinion in education and maintain an orderly cyberspace environment.
