摘要
运用产业结构调整评价指标和偏离-份额分析法,分析了我国107个资源型城市2007-2017年产业结构调整状况和产业结构调整对经济增长的影响。结果表明:资源型城市产业结构变动速度较快,产业结构发展较为均衡,已逐步呈现多元化发展方向;资源型城市产业结构对经济增长的贡献较大,但产业竞争力不强,发展波动性较大;资源依附型城市产业结构有待优化,产业竞争力较弱,对经济增长作用最小;资源依托型城市产业发展与我国经济发展关系密切,产业结构对经济增长的贡献最大;资源依从型城市产业结构较为合理,竞争力较强,对经济增长的提升作用也更大。
Using the industrial structure adjustment evaluation index and the shift-share method,we analyze the industrial structure adjustment status and the impact of industrial structure adjustment on economic growth of 107 resource-based cities in China from 2007 to 2017.The results show that the industrial structure of China’s resource-based cities is changing rapidly,and the development of industrial structure is relatively balanced,it has gradually presented a diversified development direction;the industrial structure of resource-based cities has contributed a lot to economic growth,but the industrial competitiveness is not strong,and development volatility is high;the resource-depended cities’ industrial structure needs to be optimized,industrial competitiveness is weak,and has a minimal effect on economic growth,the resource-supported cities’ industrial development is closely related to China’s economic development,and the industrial structure contributes the most to economic growth,the resource compliance cities industrial structure is relatively reasonable,and has the stronger competitiveness,also has a greater effect on economic growth.
