摘要
中国自由贸易试验区是国家战略的试验田,建设好自由贸易试验区是我国坚持对外开放和深化改革的重要内容。基于广西自由贸易试验区建设的背景,梳理广西高层次人才集聚现状,结合自由贸易试验区建设和广西自身特点,思考自由贸易试验区人才治理中“改革性”“国际化”“市场化”的特质,提出广西自由贸易试验区高层次人才集聚的对策建议,从而更好地推动中国(广西)自由贸易试验区的建设与发展。
China Pilot Free Trade Zones are experimental fields of national strategy,which is important for China to further open up and deepen its reform.Against the backdrop of building China(Guangxi)Pilot Free Trade Zone,this paper presents the current situation of high-level talents pool in the province.By analyzing how to reform and internationalize market-oriented talent management,this paper proposes countermeasures on pooling high-level talents in Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone in an effort to boost the establishment and development of the pilot zone.
