摘要
在“健康山东”政策背景下,山东省公立医院迎来了健康产业人才集聚的新机遇。本文深入分析了健康产业人才在公立医院中的集聚表现,包括“医”“康”“养”三大领域的人才现状。健康产业人才的集聚不仅提升了公立医院的医疗服务质量和效率,也为“健康山东”政策的实施提供了有力的人才保障。然而,人才集聚过程中也暴露出一些问题,如人才分布不均、人才流失严重、人才培养体系不完善等。针对这些问题,本文提出了优化人才结构、提升人才素质、加强人才培养和引进等对策和建议,旨在推动公立医院健康产业人才的持续集聚和高效利用,为“健康山东”政策的深入实施贡献力量。
Under the background of"Healthy Shandong"policy,public hospitals in Shandong Province have ushered in new opportunities for talents gathering in the health industry.This article deeply analyzes the gathering performance of health industry talents in public hospitals,including the current situation of talents in the three fields of"medicine","health"and"nursing".The gathering of talents in the health industry not only improves the quality and efficiency of medical services in public hospitals,but also provides a strong talent guarantee for the implementation of the"Healthy Shandong"policy.However,there are also some problems in the process of talent gathering,such as uneven distribution of talents,serious brain drain and imperfect talent training system.In view of these problems,this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as optimizing the talent structure,improving the quality of talents,strengthening the training and introduction of talents,aiming at promoting the continuous gathering and efficient utilization of health industry talents in public hospitals and contributing to the in-depth implementation of the"Healthy Shandong"policy.
