摘要
中国(广西)自由贸易试验区对接西部陆海新通道建设取得重大进展,但也面临着一些突出问题:门户港成本优势和通行效率有待提升,基础设施有待完善,产业支撑有待夯实,政策效应和平台功能有待提升,合作机制不够健全。中国(广西)自由贸易试验区对接西部陆海新通道建设的对策建议:加快互联互通,吸引大量货物集聚;提升物流效率,分工合作形成特色;推动贸易升级,积极拓展外需市场;强化产业嫁接,发挥服务引领作用;深化改革创新,建立健全体制机制。
The coordinated development of China(Guangxi)Pilot Free Trade Zone and New Western Land-Sea Corridor has made great progress, but also faces some prominent problems including that the cost advantage and traffic efficiency of the gateway port need to be increased;the infrastructure needs to be improved;the industrial support needs to be consolidated;the policy effect and platform function need to be enhanced;and the cooperation mechanism is not perfect.The countermeasures include: accelerating the interconnection to attract a large number of goods gathering;increasing the logistics efficiency to form characteristics through division of labor and cooperation;promoting trade upgrading to actively expand the foreign market;strengthening the industrial grafting to give full play to its service and leading role;and deepening reform and innovation to establish and improve the system and mechanism.
